Where do we deliver?
We deliver to mainland France & worldwide. Please note that deliveries outside of the European Union (EU) may incur customs/excise fees or taxes which Lazorama.com is not responsible for. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Also please note that we are not responsible for delivery times once a product has shipped. Customers outside of the EU should allow for additional time if a product needs to pass through customs which could add unexpected delays
Where are your products made?
We engrave all our products in our workshop which is located in the Savoie region of France.
We use quality made Baltic beech plywood for many of our products which comes from forests based in Europe. Other products & accessories we use are manufactured in various locations including France, Germany & China.
What are the product design / creation timeframes?
For standard products contained on our online shop, once we receive an order we aim to start the design process within 24 hours with an additional 24 hours to manufacture the product. If an order is for a high volume quantity, we will advise customers on an estimated completion time.
For more customised orders, we will contact customers within 24 hours to commence a design process & advise on an estimated completion timeframe.
For most orders we will use La Poste (France). A typical average delivery timeframe would be as follows:
- 2-3 business days to mainland France
- Time vary all other locations

Please note that Lazorama is not responsible for delivery times once the product has shipped. Please note that if your delivery is to a country outside of the European Union (EU), additional delays may be experienced due to customs controls.
Non-Tracked Deliveries
If you opted to choose the Standard Delivery method with no tracking, we cannot provide a status of such deliveries after the product has shipped.
